Settle the nervous system
Breath, grounding, and gentle routines that tell your body it's safe to slow down - the foundation everything else is built on.
Portland · since 2014
Wrenfield is a small wellbeing practice for adults who are tired of just coping. We help you steady your nervous system, make peace with your younger self, and move through daily life with more room to breathe.
What we do
No fixing, no rushing. We work in small, repeatable practices that fit a real life - five honest minutes at a time - and bring in deeper clinical work when the moment calls for it.
Breath, grounding, and gentle routines that tell your body it's safe to slow down - the foundation everything else is built on.
Reflective, compassionate inner-child work that turns old self-criticism into something kinder, steadier, and yours.
Boundaries that hold, access you're entitled to, and confidence that travels - from a hard Tuesday to a long-awaited trip.

Who we are
Wrenfield began in a small upstairs room on Wren Court when our founder grew frustrated with care that treated people like case files. We stayed deliberately small so that nobody here is a number.

from $65per sessionIn their words
I came in able to function and falling apart underneath. Wrenfield helped me notice the difference - and finally close the gap. It's the first care that felt paced to me.
The inner-child sessions sounded soft until I tried them. Six weeks in, the voice that used to run me down had genuinely quieted. I didn't know that was possible.
They didn't just talk me through the hard feelings - they helped me sort out the access paperwork so I could finally travel again. Care that reaches into the real world.
